 A college graduate, elementary school teacher who turned building contractor in the '70s.  Learning building from the ''ground up'' working on a broad range of projects from remodeling to new hillside homes.  I worked with engineers, architects and government agencies; building and selling homes, developing land and learning the construction business from the ''inside out''.  I own and manage my own rental properties, I understand buying and selling investments, and well versed in doing tax-deferred exchanges.  For over 30 years I have bought and sold, and been involved in all aspects of real estate.  Knowing it from the outside in'' I now enjoy using my experience to help my clients make informed decisions and purchase or sell their property, from a waterfront residence to that first-time home.
